Apple cake



Ingredients:

1 large apple
1 cup flour ½
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 envelopes yeast
4 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
Lemon zest

 

How to make apple cake:

Mix the milk with the melted butter, add the egg yolks and sugar. Add the lemon zest. Mix the yeast with the flour and gradually incorporated into the mixture. Peel and chop the apple into small cubes, add to the dough.

  Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently incorporate the egg whites to the mix, not to lose the air.

  Preheat oven to 180 º. Greased and floured pan and bake the apple cake 30 minutes.
